Return Process

Please examine your delivery immediately upon receipt to ensure all perishable items are in perfect condition and at the correct temperature.

If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the packaging labels within 24 hours of delivery.

Email our customer care team with your order number and the documentation; we will review your claim for a replacement or store credit immediately.
- 4.Safe Disposal
Once your claim is processed, you do not need to ship perishable goods back to us; please follow our guidelines for the safe disposal of the items.
